Don’t forget Foxcon offer is very much higher than this , Foxcon is well known in cost control and they will not simply invest in something that can not generate profit , hence Silterra sure have some advantages that worth them to invest in ..

GP announcement that NGV bidding for silterra is not related or associated with GP group. Khazanah has not announced the silterra sale to any parties. Khazanah has asked certain parties { not NGV } to match certain terms,criteria and pricing to undertake the acquisition { plus all the debts amounting to 336 million plus excluding the assets impairment or writedowns }
