Techfast have made private placement to buy 35% stake in CCK Petroleum Sdn Bhd for RM26.25 million via a combination of cash and issuance of new shares. This company will not invest in new company if they don't see propect to diversified.

money should put in the company that really focus in company business . not by creating headlines to drive up the share price and make profit out of it. seems like alot of investors knew their plot and who are the persons behind it :) look at xox n kanger if you need more clue ;)

Techfast's new executive director Vincent Tan Wye Chuan seems to be the mastermind behind this deal, should research on his credentials. From my knowledge, he has connections with some controversial figures such as Nuffnang's Timothy Tiah and Ryan Loo who is the brother of Tealive's Bryan Loo.

i still cant figure out how can a 1 billion big contract the share price can fall like water fall in last year November, no LU is one thing but at least price should sustain but it went downward ....

The actual figure of the deal is inaccurate. It is assuming that they will sell 30,000 tons of fuel per month when the reality is between 10,000 to 30,000 tons. The actual contract should be worth between RM730 million to RM2.2 billion.

I have been done great details work on tecfast. Put is simple. To have sign and secure both supply and demand 10 times the size of paid up capital is not possible unless they have strong financial backing, because these agreements need submission of financial data before proceed. therefore in Nov, theres a change in shareholders. 3 new shareholders come in. They got backing of tguan. Vessel bought. Private placement anoucement to bursa means real deal. These is s clean oil that is mandatory for shipping. With this deal, they are now change from manufacturing to oil refinery that is very profitable. N in these sectors, their cash, leverage, debt are considered better position to than petron n petdag. Ytl. Need to wait.
