Anzo has a almost similar price pattern with Mlab, Anzo suppirt level 0.095 whereas Mlab 0.09 recently. Might want to use Anzo price as a reference to determine what price to sell for those bought at 0.09. Anzo rebounded recently from 0.095 to 0.125.
if u tell all those who stuck sell off to the sharks they will push it up for sure.example if u are a director and u been selling most of your stake and unable to buy back the stocks, whould u think the director will push up? some who sold off their stake and went on to open a new company and list again
Some of the major share-holders hv to sell shares in other companies to make available fund for pushing up mlab mum n son shares on the latter's current quarter ending day, ie yesterday. Else, they would hv pushed up both the prices in advance if they r cash rich.
AsiaBio & Netx got the huge rights shares and warrants through excess shares applications. At 12 sen mother and 6 sen warrant WB they already break even. Any further increase in either mother or warrant WB will bring fair value gains to their P&L.
With NETX Holdings Bhd, ASIABIO Capital Sdn Bhd and First United Technology buying up huge amount of shares into MLAB and all having mutual interest, one can imagen how much business that will be pumped in MLAB, this eventually will generate significant amount of new revenue for MLAB from the new shareholders, MLAB will be the company to benefit and automaticly will positively reflect in its market price.
I hope its price can rise continuously Mon next onwards but I'm not that optimistic on 2 ground : 1. mission in preventing fv loss is successfully completed in the last mkt day of current quarter endig. The related parties can now report good qr results in Nov17. 2.major share-holders like asiabio/netx are cash strapped companies. They dun hv surplus fund to further pump up the price. Hence, sell on strength Mon next
If want to move up must have catalyst. And this MLAB's catalyst is subscription of shares by NETX, Asiabio Capital, First United Tech and Asia Bioenergy Tech recently.
I think reason MLAB dropped to 0.10 level was to register price for the ESOS to be offered to directors and shareholders, price of MLAB is 3 to 4X of the current price, it should be 0.30 - 0.40 in market price this will be the price movment you will see in the next few weeks until it reaches the TP.
Hi All, any idea where can v check the offered price for the esos b4 the employees/directors declaring it upon subscribing/disposal? What I gathered is the esos takes effect on 26/9/17, a couple of mkt days ago.
the quantum of 30% of the issued shares be allocated for esos is extremely huge in comparison with the 10% norm. Do u think the major share-holders will allow the esos to be priced below their recently subscribed ri price of 15c? Or below the fv of 12c?
Empĺoyee Share Option Scheme~~ for internal staff..major or minority dun get..offer @ discount.. Employee Benefit not Shareholder Benefit.. If 1 staff get @ 0.10, 1 million units...sell @ 0.12.. Gain $20k.. Exercisable shares(ESOS) distribute to open market..
rr88 ...Be greatfully they are market makers or pump and dump which ever you want to call it. Without them market will be dead nobody can make money, Bursa cannot make money from charging its fees ....so be thankful only thing you need to do is don't let greed get over you.
Some people here simply shout up or down without facts to backup. Anyway the truth is, facts based movement ratio to speculation is 10:90 (short-term) ie., Facts based movement 10% : 90% 'goreng' (pump-dump-pump / "Sharks in-Sharks out") Need 100% attention, if no time to monitor, don't go in, unless can tahan mati otherwise, you'll loose your underwear.. :) Agree?
