just my opinion

when shareholders with combined stake up 30% want to trade means
only two reasons, either buy or sell

If they buy, the share will go up - it means the shareholders have confident in the company prospects and profitability.

Even if they sell, it is still good, as they likely to push up and sell (then we all follow and catch the flight before the music ends)

Q2 result, hope it is good, but only out in August

I would suggest not to listen to these goreng rumors. You think those people behind will goreng to let you make money ? Please follow some of the gurus like kcchongnz and otb if you want to make money from the market. If you listen to the goreng news, you will lose 8 out of 10 times.

This counter will be due for re-rating soon. It is the cheapest oil and gas counter now. Its share price may double or triple within the next 5 months if its quarterly results jumps significantly. Do not underestimate all O & G counters. :-)

We are maintaining our target price of RM0.28 for now pending clarity in securing of new O&G contracts, particularly on the chartering of its first lay barge vessel (Siem Daya 1) in the North Seas (Norwegian). The delivery of the vessel is expected to be in Aug 2013. Our current valuation of Daya is based on a 12x multiple to FY13 EPS of 2.3 sen.
