Daya owns 1.7% of Reach. Best part is their entry is only 45sen (vs IPO price 75sen). At IPO price, Daya already sitting on paper gain of rm6.7Mil.

Daya is pre-IPO investor of Reach Energy. That is why they bought Reach Energy at 45sen only.

From past trend daya is goreng cerita only. Many niaga are half dead.
Lari sebelum kena bakar teruk.
Sekurang guna reach energy cerita to goreng. How much daya can make from reach energy? No proven records.
What is rm12m capital gain? Tutup lubang pun tak cukup. ; not even contribute to 0.01 sen to EPS.

At Reach IPO price of 75sen, Daya stands to make at least rm6.7mil, which translates to 4sen EPS.
Do you think Reach will open at 75sen considering that 98% placed out to institutions & high net worth individuals? I think more likely Reach will open around 90sen, which means MORE profit & HIGHER EPS for Daya.

According to latest Daya annual report, as of 30th April 2014, Norges has raised its stake to 2.64% in Daya!
If a huge foreign fund like Norges has so much faith in Daya, shouldn't you?

In Jan 15, Norges bought 1.3% of Daya at 34.5sen
In Apr 30, Norges had 2.64% of Daya.

That means Norges bought the additional 1.34% between Jan 15 and Apr 30. During those dates, Daya traded from high of 42.5 to low of 33sen.

If we assume they didn't buy more Daya after April 30, this means Norges average entry in Daya is HIGHER than current price!

Nothing wrong with directors selling a tiny stake, sometimes they just need some cash to buy new sports car, new bungalow, go long overseas vacation, .... they are also humans, need to enjoy also.

If you know the value of the company, you should have NO fear of directors selling a small part of their company shares.
