Some additional positive news for INIX 0094 as Malaysia will be taking VACCINE from CHINA because of different production method, and only required to be kept at 2 to 4 degrees celcius. INIX 0094 will potentially benefit the most from this.

Inix Technologies Holdings Berhad (0094) Signs Memorandum of Agreement with World Gloves International Group Sdn Bhd (WGI)
8 December 2020

At a press conference held at World Gloves International Group Sdn Bhd (WGI) headquarters today, Inix Technologies Holdings Berhad (INIX) signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) to acquire a 51% stake of WGI.

WGI is a supplier of nitrile and rubber latex gloves and has been selling its products to the United States, Europe, the Middle East, Japan and South Korea. It’s products all carry FDA, EN455 and CE certification.

This acquisition, together with INIX’s recent purchase of a 51 l% stake into L&S gloves Sdn Bhd has positioned INIX as a serious player moving into the lucrative glove industry.

They have also welcomed a new chairman to their board, Tan Sri Syed Mohd Yusof Syed Nasir (Tan Sri Jojo) who is known to be a business partner and close confidant of the Sultan of Selangor. Tan Sri Jojo, who was also at the press conference, said entering the glove industry will create sustained and stable profits for the group following a significant increase in global glove demand due to the Covid-19 pandemic. 

INIX is currently trading at RM0.44 and TP expected is RM1.80 based on this new acquisition for the company.

Inix total number of shares only 467 million. So very easy to goreng up. Sap sap sui ho.

Already operational glove production lines and international distributorship with certification.

Got good connection also, Selangor royalty.

Don't know why former IGP quit so soon, after five days. Powerful Macau taiko also lasted four months only.
