That's why I think the possibility for XL to buy in MAG becomes higher, haha. If not, he is damn confident with the next quarterly results, that's why he bought so much.

I don't think this amount is suitable for goreng anymore.

gghaha, agree. With large volumes on insider's hands, it is impossible for a goreng at a low share price of 0.22. So, won't fly soon just like what I said, more likely to stay flat until the next quarterly/annually results.

superman7181, I found a study that might interest you. It is titled as "Additional Evidence on Equity Ownership and Corporate Value" and it explains how insider ownership correlates with the share value.

TLDR: The share price tends to increase with insider ownership until 40 - 50%. Then it will drop at a lower rate after that.

I can almost confirm Mr. Ng will privatize the company soon with progressively increasing shareholding. With the individual insiders portion almost closing to 75%, I guess it is almost inevitable.

He just bought another 0.04% of the outstanding shares. If we just assume 3% is left before the public spread limit is achieved and he buys around 0.04% per day, he just need 75 days to achieve that.

@superman7181, I don't think MAG will suit your taste. This counter is more like a boring stable growth counter. In my opinion, commodity stocks especially lumber, steel and oil will suit you more. Everyday new surprise for you. Good luck with your trading, dude. You've been a good mate.
