There's no MOA neither HOA between them. Announcement already mentioned. It's only a JV with each company will contribute their own sum of amount for the mentioned projects. There's no document sign yet. Kikikiki

This type of mainland play style we have witnessed so many times dy. it will never touch 10 sen. The worst is it will never pass by 7 sen and will go down lower. See to believe. It will not take long time to happen.

skyjuice, there will be risk in whichever company you invested in. Understood that it is much much much higher risks in investing in China co. given the trends and past experience. But a lot of people still hoping Xinghe will be a miracle and the 1 (like the 1 in Matrix) which defy all the odds and becoming the most successful China co. in Bursa. I personally have invested in this co. due to the prospect and strong balance sheet. But I also have my doubt on this company as they have no fulfill their promises such as dividend payment. Holding so much cash but not paying a single cents dividend. Quite disappointed. I really hope the auditors doing a good job in auditing the existence of the assets. Losing faith with the audit quality nowadays after so many accounting scandals.... Not sure we can't trust the auditor even the Big 4 anymore with the potential biggest accounting scandal in Malaysia. Good luck everyone and happy investing!!

Why got so huge volumes continuously throwing at 0.020 for the warrant? Is their company going to bankruptcy? Anyone knows any insider news? Really scare of this stock! The trend is only dropping, never up after giving the free warrant. My hard earn money are gone :(

You can see this type of syndicate play on many counters. Good example is tiger. The vol keep refresh few hundres millions daily for more than half year. End of story you see what is the price tiger now. Kikikiki

If no loss too much, better sell all and leave far far away! I had been bought since the day of free warrant until now, it never get up, only will downtrend to the lower and lower. I am guessing their factory at Klang project whether is cancelled or their report is too bad result! Stock surely is up and down but this stock is only down further and further from my observation! Really scaring!

The warrant even worse, from the day i bought at 0.050 & 0.045 until now, only is downward to 0.020, everyday keep dropping to 0.025 and today suddenly down further to 0.020 (don't know why the warrant no allow to up, only can down) and finally i surrender! Really hopeless counter!
