Protasco may be required to partial acquire Nexgram's wholly-owned subsidiary, Nexgram Land S/B to fulfill the requirement of joint venture agreement for developing mixed property project in Cyberjaya. Hopefully Protasco will also acquire nexgram shares at least 15 cents to become its subsidiary company as well. Then we all tua huat together! :D

richman, for most of the shares and in most circumtances, the theory of "buy on rumours and sell on news" works. But not too sure why it didn't work for NG.
