at last now i know why the price is stagnant for so long bcos of the purpose for the buying the new company (to average out whole year share trend/PE/etc)..n they have the right of the new share issue n also guarantee return at 0.15/share range which mean the price will surely up after the AGM meeting..seem like our patient will getting fruit fall soon^^

hey guys, go read Focus Malaysia pg.48... there is a page on Protasco and they also mentioned about Nexgram. The project may not be in JV, but owned by Nexgram. Protasco will be the contractor.

Open Letter to TPY

It's with great dissapointment to own NG-wa....B4 i got into NG-wa, i was contemplating between this counter and IFCA-wa with both about the same price then...4.5sen. Look at IFCA-wa now!!! 16.5sen, and NG-wa still at that stupid level. Although NG-wa had a short spike about 3 months ago...but the price never hold. It made a circle and came back to the origin point....The bull run has been about 5years old now, but NG is still about the same-same. Mummy ok, from 8-9sen to about 11sen now, but not wa. The mummy dun sayang the eldest son 1....so sad.

Hi Bro. Surewin, long time no see your comment, thought you already sold all your NG share & warrant.

I think you better attend the upcoming EGM to highlight this issue to TPY and request him immediate buyback mother share in order to push it up to more than 20 cents like Ifcamsc once approval of 10% share buyback proposal was granted...Plus acquisition / JV with GST related company to boost up NG share price like Ifcamsc...

Yup, can ask him a lot of questions during EGM such as:-

1. When dividend for FYE Apr 2014 will be declared? If yes, then how many cent will be declared?

2. How soon share buyback will be commenced?

2. When MOU of JV with Protasco will be finalised?

3. How soon NG will be transferred to main board? - better give us the timeframe.

4. Any other potential acquisition / JV / corporate exercise in future.

5. etc.....

i've completely exited NG and pumped all my money into mas shares on 3 July & completely sold all my mas shares on 16 july at 23 sen; now shifted all my money to sumatec; may come back to NG but not for the time being

To be very honest, the buyback is a very good move. The share is so undervalued. Anything below 0.15 should be fully sapu. Even the NTA is 0.13. This bloody share is so bloody undervalued!!!
