NG may reward the loyal shareholders his treasury shares as dividend after share buyback was implemented. Share buyback + treasury shares as dividend are double boosters to push up NG share price to at least 15 cents!

I personally think the share buy back is a superb move.... Whatever below 0.15 is a good buy to the company and the shareholders. Since the co has some extra cash now, buy back some shares as the company is so undervalued now...
