bangon into wb now only 100 lot testing first but you are right any weakholders I am waiting at 5.I have switched to tms-w 3.5cts and jadi-w 4.5cts plus ablegrp-w hold for big gain

EGM is forum to get approval from shareholders to approve the resolution.... now the share buy back resolution is pass... the effect of price climbing up will take some time....

Investment requires patient, is not one or day days profit thingy, u see a potential company, keep it at desired price. Like me, I am collecting WB, this is because the mother price, WA and WC have gone up too much, while WB still at acceptable price (at least for me). So, if mother price can hike to ~0.16, the corresponding WB price will be ~0.1. However, judge at your own risks.

億豐近期不大事擴充

（吉隆坡5日訊）億豐（NEXGRAM,0096,創業板科技組）保持平穩作風，在近期內不會有大規模的擴充計劃。


億豐董事經理鄭博毅在股東特大後表示，億豐於賽城（Cyberjaya）的物業發展的總體規劃已敲定，但是不會就現在推出，會等適當時機。

他說：“我們希望（該發展計劃）可以在明年年中推出，但是一切都要視時機而定，我們並不著急。”

詢及近期會否有其他收購計劃，鄭博毅表示現階段不置評。

他表示，所有的收購案都必須與億豐現有的業務有關聯，雖然暫時沒有收購目標，但如果可以物色到適合的對象也不排除收購的可能性。

“不同於剛上市的時候，現在的億豐會保此平穩的態度，慢慢挑選有潛能的公司。”

他也表示，公司現在的流動現金處於一個良好水平，所以才會選擇在這個時機點上買回公司的股票。

他說，公司暫時沒有籌資計劃，但是如果有任何大計劃而需要現金週轉的話，不排除會通過與銀行貸款的方式去籌款。

這次億豐的股東特大是為公司認購自家的股份和收購Sensorlink控股私人有限公司70%的股權而召開。

鄭博毅表示非常看好Sensorlink的前景，也預計會在接下來的2至3季里看見Sensorlink的表現。

“Sensorlink是在視頻監控市場裡的頂級玩家。該公司有利可圖並擁有優良的管理層。”（星洲日報／財經）

　（八打靈再也5日訊）億豐控股（NEXGRAM，0096，創業板科技）預計剛收購的安全監控服務公司SensorLink能在3年內貢獻20%收入。

　億豐控股總執行長鄭博毅今日出席特別股東大會后向記者指出，SensorLink貢獻20%收入將源自安全和監控設備業務。

　“我們能通過該收購計劃擴大客戶基礎，並有機會服務我國潛在的銀行、政府機構和制造領域。這能提振公司未來2個季度業績表現。”

　他說，億豐控股和SensorLink經營業務已有超過10年經驗，后者過去業績表現良好。

　“如今配合億豐控股的加入和支持，有信心能在未來贏取更多合約。”

　億豐網通是以2860萬令吉收購安全監控服務公司SensorLink控股70%股權。

　此收購建議將積極推動該公司，不僅是盈利方面也包含協同和無形利益。
