Soursop,another foolish blogger is here,if the earning is 1.8c,the per=5.5/1.8=3.05 which means you can recover your capital within 3 years.
Your investment is 1.8/5.5=32% whereas the return in bank is only 3.65% so return is about 10times.

High NTA also depends on valuation(of prop,land etc)Plenty high NTA stks but if co. dont distribute(dividends) what u get?

NTA doesn't guaranteed the current price. About the earning, 13c is the past, the history. Someone may already know the details of coming financial report and started to trade at reasonable PER. What about the eps in the next report is 0.1c or negative? That's why...wait la.

I told him to sell and buy other counters,and recommended Nexgram which has good fundamentals.I still think it is the best.
