They talk about csl going to be delisted,have no cash of rmy1.6billion,huge losses but all falsehold they spread,it came down bcos of fire in the factory.

　隨著證券監督委員會于上週，控告一名交易商在速柏瑪子公司APL工業公司進行內幕交易后，就傳出鄭金森因涉及內幕交易而被控上庭的消息。

　至于遭證監會指控的54歲交易商童強春（譯音），是在2007年對APL工業股票進行內幕交易，該公司在隔年除牌。依據該公司在馬證交所網站文告顯示，當局是在2009年2月18日將公司除牌，因APL工業終止提振財務表現的重組計劃。

Oil price will rebound soon?


（紐約15日訊）股神巴菲特是近代最受推崇的投資大師，近來再度兌現他的投資格言“在別人恐懼時貪婪，在別人貪婪時恐懼”，在油價暴跌之際，宣布出手“抄底”石油與天然氣相關資產。

　外媒報導指出，巴菲特旗下波克夏公司日前宣布，向私募基金Arsenal Capital Partners收購石油和化工業的第三方物流提供商Charter Brokerage，業務範圍主要集中于北美的油氣相關行業，但未宣布詳細交易內容。

　巴菲特這項投資正值油價下跌之際，部分市場人士認為股神已開始“抄底”，對此巴菲特則指出，收購目標擁有高素質業務，財務表現一貫強勁，非常適合加入波克夏的大家庭。

國際投資大腕看好

　然而不只是巴菲特，一些投資大鱷也開始發出抄底信號，美國散戶也很跟得上潮流地開始逆勢操作。

　《第一財經日報》報導指出，黑石集團董事長施瓦茨曼指出，現在是投資能源業最好時機，一些能源企業會重組、一些會遭淘汰，這些都會是很好的投資機會。

　美國凱雷投資集團創始人魯賓斯坦也認為，目前油價尚未觸底，或還會在一段時間維持較低水平，不過能源業還是很誘人，是投資良機。

　美國個人投資者也已看準時機，券商分析600萬客戶上月交易后發現，連續2個月降低波動性風險，持續為淨買家，並且買進石油能源股，若油價已跌至底部，股票將反彈。

Experts are recalling the trend in 2005 when USA currency was strong and oil was cheap and commodites were low,the USA market was very robust so the world markets.So they are expecting scommodities are drifting downwards.
