I think if we look at this analytically, the CEO has been acquiring the shares of this company since end of last month, with heavy purchases. It is no doubt something is brewing with this company. The CEO was initially holding only 20m shares, and now approx 210m ++ shares (including rights issues), making him the single largest shareholder.
I believe he wants to treat NN as his major holdings and intending to expand this business professionally, rather just solely focusing on trading by buying and selling shares, like what he used to do to other companies like Protasco, Ire-tex, etc. On the acquisition, if it succeeds, this share should be trading higher than its NTA, at least RM 0.20++

TuaHuat, better you don't chase after the KNM at this moment bcos it's quite risky and its 2013 financial results will be sharply lower & poorer than previous year.
For Titijaya, you can consider to buy it if its 2nd qtr net profit is same as 1st qtr or even better than it.
Currently I am accumulating another ACE counter, LNGRES at 26 - 27 cents. I forecast it will declare at least 1.7 cents dividend at the end of this month due to good financial result. So my TP for this counter is at least 31 cents.
eyes on NEXTNAT datacenter news including Wintoni (his cousin doing apps) - almost follow PDZ style of news into foraying into oil and gas .. e.g news first then price follow later...... 2cent thought.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
