Pls help... If I hv 100OR, how many free warrant I can get? I asked public & Mbb both of them said 25 warrant only, it's right? I thought is 50 warrant.

Joelai38, the rights issue price is 10 cents.

If you're already entitled to OR share, the subscription fee for rights share is RM 10 / lot (1 lot = 100 units). But if u buy OR share in open market (let say 0.5 cent), so total subscription fee is RM 10.50 / lot (RM 10 rights share + RM 0.50 OR share).

億豐新投資恐衝擊獲利

（吉隆坡27日訊）億豐网通（NEXTNAT,0096,創業板科技組）2014財政年首半年盈利下滑，分析員更憂慮新業務投資恐稀釋下半年獲利表現，相信唯有賽城新產業發展計劃成功落實有望為盈利帶來重估機會。

賽城新產業是短期重估催化因素

達證券表示，億豐网通2014財政年首半年核心淨利270萬令吉符合市場預期，相等於全年目標的60%，而第二季營業額在強勁銷售增長下，按季走揚8.4%，拉動首半年營業額強勁走揚52%。

海外業務持續蒙虧，第二季稅前虧損顯著萎縮至4萬8千令吉，相信與印尼臂膀2千250萬美元高賺益的外包合約獲利有關。

該證券行預期下半年業務表現將受新投資項目先期投入（up-front cost）影響，維持億豐网通全年盈利目標不變。

“我們現仍等候產業發展、數據中心管理、印尼煤炭交易和投資管理等新業務發展信息，但不會對相關投資展延感到不安，因這可讓公司透過現有核心資訊科技業務累積現金，並推高資產負債表以應對新投資的龐大資本開銷。＂同時，億豐网通旗下核心資訊科技業務有望從其新開發的IP位址對應（IP-based）網絡傳遞解決方案中受惠，因相關業務為其消費者內容應用/企業流動通訊應用模式（CCAM/CMAM）的關鍵成分。

整體來看，達證券仍維持億豐网通的“賣出＂評級不變，目標價為7仙，而賽城新產業發展計劃成功執行將是短期重估催化因素。

億豐网通預期透過此項綜合產業發展計劃獲利7千萬令吉，以11年發展期來算，相等於每年為公司進賬640萬令吉。（星洲日報／財經）

The rights share definitely will be undersubscribed if nextnat share price is still < 10 sen on 8 Jan 2014!

STSB & Tey Por Yee need to subscribe the rights share up to 120 mil. in order to fulfil the min. subscription level pursuant to their undertakings. If not, the rights issue exercise will go down the drain!
