若再違約 股匯跌更兇 1MDB 2億利息火燒眉

（吉隆坡10日訊）一馬發展公司（1MDB）繼上個月違約付還5030萬美元（約2億令吉）的債券利息后，大馬時間本周四又有另一筆高達5240萬美元（約2億960萬令吉）的債券利息到期，再次面對違約風險。

1MDB違約陰影持續拖累股市及令吉匯率表現，馬股今早因此一度跌近18點，午盤時在買盤趁低吸購扶持下止跌回升，閉市微升 3.65點至1635.84點。

令吉兌美元匯率今日也一度挫1.7%至4.0845，陷入7週來最低水平；截至今午5點，閉市為4.0515。

影響投資者信心

本月3日，馬股也因為對1MDB違約的憂慮，猛挫了21點。

據新加坡《亞洲新聞台》報導，下個債券利息付還日期，是倫敦時間本月11日（週三），即大馬時間本月12日（週四）。

報導指出，無論出自何種原因，如果1MDB拒絕付還或未能支付，它將再次違約，並牽連其他債務交叉違約，包括74億令吉的伊斯蘭債券利息。

根據“彭博社”計算，1MDB兩天后到期的17.5億美元（約70億令吉）債券，利息數目高達5240萬美元（約2億960萬令吉）。

《亞洲新聞台》報導，上述債務由國際石油投資公司（IPIC）擔保，后者可能代為支付債務，否則1MDB將陷入交叉違約危機，進一步影響投資者信心。

標準普爾（S&P）與惠譽（Fitch）雙雙認為，一馬發展公司事件的演進，或會影響大馬的政治局勢，從而打擊政府債券的信貸評級。1MDB依然是“心頭大患”，因為1MDB的債務問題將影響大馬政府的信用狀況，及打擊外資對大馬的信心。

1MDB是在4月25日第一次違約付還5030萬美元（約2億令吉）的債券利息，較后由其債務擔保人，即國際石油投資公司代為支付，后者也表明將會向1MDB索取賠償。

報導指出，1MDB涉嫌欺詐和洗黑錢，正被6個國家的司法機構調查。

“雖然評級機構穆迪和惠譽認為，1MDB主權風險有限，但市場觀察人士仍然擔心。穆迪估計，1MDB的負債率佔大馬國內生產總值約3%。”

1MDB欠債全民承擔

1MDB欠債，全體大馬人都得承擔？！

新加坡《亞洲新聞台》引述新加坡南洋理工大學國防和戰略研究所高級研究員歐榮森博士（譯音）的談話指出，大馬財政部擁有1MDB，因此本質上1MDB的所有債務，都是由財政部承擔。

“因此，馬來西亞人民也須承擔這些債務。”
