December maybe the turning point for nexgram share price. why ?

1) dramatic declined of bursa share prices mainly because of foreign fund pulling out money back to US due to expecting rate hike on coming december and fund managers will divert their investment back to durians countries again.

2) commence works of 1.12b sepang angkasa icon city project on coming december.

hopefully share price will see a little move on that. syabas nexgram. (๏_๏)

1.12b sepang angkasa icon city project is a huge development. need a little bit of time for the amendments to previous approved DO, BUILDING & BOMBA sets. preparation of construction drawings for ENGINEERS & QS for tender. here a bit there a bit it's takes time. just wait for another week, months and see how...don't ever give up.
