The Management is of the view that 2018 will continue to be challenging due to the downturn in the Malaysian property market, especially with more restriction imposed due to over-supply of the high end properties. Nevertheless, the Group is targeting on the medium priced properties, secured with the Buyer - MyAngkasa Sdn. Bhd. on “the
Angkasa Icon City Project’’. Therefore, the development and construction costs will be secured since the Group is acting as the Developer.

On the other segment, such as IT related business, the Group is still maintaining its clientele on the maintenance and services. Working together with Security and Surveillance, the Group is building up on the marketing team to secure few large projects need it be government or non-government sectors. The security and surveillance services are highly required as most organisation need better securities in keeping, their internal data and ensure its protection. The services provided will be tailor made based on the clients requirement. The clientele shall be built on trust basis. The Group remain positive on the logistics business, whereby with the trend on the online sales remain active, the Managements is looking into the potential growth in such sector.
