Coconut Three Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nexgram ("CTSB") is NOT A MAJOR SUBDIARY OF NEXGRAM GROUP and not contributing revenue to Nexgram Group, there is NO operational impact arising from the winding up petition.

@david.. they announced to sold their building since last year for cash for restructuring the business debt.. snp process take time.. they announced yesterday 25/6.. process has been completed.. so now they have cash rm67 million on their company acc..
