this is purely TACTICAL to CLOSE at 6.5 sen , infact Nexgram hit 7.5 sen when quote buy is 7 sen VS seller 7.5 sen....infact a lot too done 7.5 sen @ 32809 lots ..
Better closed 6.5 sen , then MONDAY looks nice when hit 7 sen become GREEN...

@niubee126, positive is Nexgram will get cash as capital to acquire Arita & the price of Nexgram will be controlled by operators to make way of exit for Ozura (if Ozura still intend to quit Nexgram as major share holde). Is it possible for the price of Nexgram shares booming in the short term?

But for medium term, Nexgram is going to be more solid fundamentally by the ICPS exercise their future plans to be involve in health care related business. Diversify in another promising business to its current businesses.

Last time, Ozura has converted 290,000,000 ICP (this one I think has been all sold aread). This tranche of ICPS 300,000,000 and the balance of ICPS not yet converted by Ozura should be 37,000,000 shares. If Im not wrong, total new capital from 590,000,000 ICPS received by Nexgram should be (3 sen per ICPS x 590,000,000 = RM17,700,000 )

Ozura boleh convert iCPS with or without top up money, if I baca correctly. Kos 2 sen. Will Ozura stay or sell no one know. If sell, then price susah nak naik.

i. 2 ICPS for every 1 Conversion Share (“Conversion Mode 1); or
ii. 1 ICPS together with the payment of RM0.01 for every 1 Conversion Share

Value of 1 iCPS is 0.01. Untuk convert kepada 1 share, you boleh guna 2 iCPS jadi tak perlu bayar Or 1 iCPS with cash of 0.01 to get 1 share.

Kalau serius, Dato' boleh beli satu lori kaunter ini pasal Dato' orang kaya.

ALL warrants were actively traded in tandem with mom Nexgram .
