Tu lah David Coperfield. Kalau saya jadi Ozura, saya akan target nak jual saham pada harga lebih tinggi. Kalau sekadar keluarkan announcement projek sekadar nak tambah minat pelabur kecil terhadap saham, naikkan volume kemudian set pada harga 6 sen dengan 6.5 sen seperti batch pertama penjualan saham baru-baru ni, tak tahulah saya perancangan Ozura. Adakah pihak mereka ada plan lain seperti memberi peluang pihak lain membeli saham tersebut dengan harga yang sudah dikawal??????? Pelik juga, sepatutnya boleh dilaksanakan kenaikan harga saham memandangkan minat terhadap saham ini sebenarnya telah meningkat dan banyak announcement positif telah dapat dikeluarkan.

I did a rough calculation. 300 million shares at 0.06, equals to rm18 million. Now if 3000 off us were to buy 100k units at rm6k, the disposal will be over. Nexgram can fly. What u all think??

@David Coperfield. Kalau HWGB lah yang dapat announce contract macam yang terbaharu ni, mesti limit up punya. Nexgram, kalau tidak limit up pun sepatutnya gap-up. Tapi dalam keadaan macam ni saya sendiri kurang yakin. cuma harapnya gap-up lah sikit.

KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 17): Nexgram Holdings Bhd said today its wholly-owned unit Intra Binary Sdn Bhd (IBSB) is partnering Faldze Holdings Sdn Bhd (FHSB) for a sub-contract under the Central Spine Road project.

The project — awarded to FHSB from main contractor Pembinaan Jaya Zira Sdn Bhd — is Section D, Package 3 of the CSR project from Bulatan Gua Musang to Mentara, Kelantan worth RM145 million.

IBSB’s portion of the sub-contract, said Nexgram, is valued at RM118.41 million. On the other hand, FHSB’s portion entailed RM26.56 million inclusive of RM14.55 million provisional sum, it said.

Under the partnership, IBSB will provide funding and advise on project execution. It will also undertake the construction of the project.


FHSB, meanwhile, will come in for administration, procurement, technical assistance, and liaising with the main contractor.

IHSB and FHSB entered into an unincorporated joint venture agreement on Aug 14, Nexgram said.
