Don't forget that this counter have the high potential to upgrade to main board if their financial result is as per estimation. Secondly, the dividend will be announce together with the 4th quarter result..... So, why we going to sell it?

　（吉隆坡29日訊）億豐網通（NEXGRAM，0096，創業板科技股）達成買賣協議，以2860萬令吉收購安全監控服務公司SensorLink控股70%股權。

　該公司發佈文告指出，此收購建議將積極推動該公司，不僅是盈利方面也包含協同和無形利益。

　“我們將積極提升系統平台和基礎設施，保持我們在這個行業的競爭優勢。”

　據市場人士指出，此收購讓億豐網通打入市場規模達1200億令吉全球視頻監控市場。

　“雖然SensorLink目前擁有1000萬美元（約3262萬令吉）市場份額，只佔據全球市場一小部分，但SensorLink在這市場還是擁有一定知名度及將來會有龐大的增長潛力。

　億豐網通全球業務提供SensorLink擴張新市場的管道，如印尼，泰國和越南等。這些市場還處于模擬監視技術轉向IP監視系統的起步階段。

　文告指出，全球安防市場包括監控、電子門禁系統、防盜報警等在2008年只佔據160億美元（約522億令吉）的市場，亞太佔據約16%或26億美元（約85億令吉）的市場份額。
