I think Alot of ppl runaway because of the reason shares diluted.... To be honest if shares not diluted how to buy machines to mine for gold la ???? Pakai dulang ??? Hahahahaha .. funny ppl ... I have question. In the illustration for the private placement, new shares will be issued at 0.90 at slight discount.
