0.48 already incl premium against EPS , unlikely it will go up much more !!! Unless Peter Lim is impatient , he might as well wait until it drop back below 0.35 n then start collecting in the open market ???

The Q is will VT allow d price 2 drop? No face la...( Ppl offer .48 reject, cos thinks price should b higher n price drop! 1 king of gambling, another king of Remisiers, both cannot afford to lose wan...) what if price rocket up to 80 sen? U think VT, d gambling king can't drive up d price?

Anyway, If drop to 0.35, I'll sure top up. Their War, is our opportunity! ;)

Whatever it is, if we r at 48 sen, no lose/win. But I'm confident will go up!
Even my ultra conservative Remisier thinks so. He says, normally under this type of circumstance, d price will suddenly drop. That's not the case today, I noticed very strong support & price increase some more.

My source is MGO .48 sen, EGM reject it, revive the offer to higher price but public all got no more shares , this is a control counter.

Actually, if PL intends to maintain the healthcare provider’s listing status on Bursa Malaysia ( not privatise), why is there a need for MGO for the rest of what is outstanding? He is majority shareholder oledi wat, can do what he likes....

I just had a discussion with my Remisier. And got most my technical Qs answered. I'm not just interested in making $, AyamTua, I oso want to know the rule of the game. How PL makes $ fr thin air. Riding such take over is quite exciting for me. Experts says he has the Midas touch woh.... Whatever he touches will turn into gold later !

Could be, short term price kena control. But if d 40% kuat, there can be a break out. Share market we really cannot be sure. Take risk la.

Well, and if price rejected, counter offers can oso happen, esp. PL wants really wants to take over. Price will then go up.

I doubt he will just let price drop cos
1) he already show great interest by acquiring almost 60% of the shares.
2) this counter has the smallest market share cap.compared with its peers like IIH, KPJ ( check their share prices la... Gives u an idea how high this ctr can go ;) )
3) this listed vehicle can be used to generate funds for it's other (private) projects (that's why dun wan to delist la....)
In short, ini cash cow in d making ... I think won't lose $ here la.. Everyone huat huat la.... Heheh! Just my 2 sen.

Any solid argument, pls bring out for discussion. Weekend free abit la... :)

Hi Juju, u misunderstood. This is not a privatization exercise like MAS. This ctr will not be taken off Bursa. This MGO is mostly directed to the existing management. That's why the EGM. That's why I think it has huge potential. Who in their right frame of mind would invest this much $$$$$$ to purchase 60% of a company n let it stagnant & let it's price rot?

After (max) 21 days is over ( read my earlier posts), I think it will fly (new owner gesture of rewarding it's shareholders)! This couple of weeks, just bear with it - may hover around this controlled price of 0.48 Contra players, better stay out. Unless u subscribed to T+ 21 !

If u guys check today's bursa announcement, confirmed VT has sold off to PL. Confirmed 40% more to collect. But they no need to collect all cos this is NOT privatization. To be listed on klse, public must hold at least 25% of a co's shares. Meaning, PL & gang need to collect another 15% only. (Do correct me if I'm wrong.)

TMC生命科学执行董事兼集团首席执行员黄长彦医生指出，该集团尚未达到最大潜质，旗舰医院Tropicana医疗中心仍然有进一步的成长空间，目前这间位于雪兰莪哥打白沙罗的设备，仅用了这幅总面积26万1369平方尺总面积地段的3分之1。

其中一个途径是增加其医院的服务范畴，包括在今年较后时引入其首个家庭式神经医疗。

进行中计划也包括一项翻新工程，把该医院原作为行政办公室和礼堂的7楼空间，改建成护理中心，并已为此拨出800万令吉的资本开销。

虽然只属于一间医院集团，黄长彦表示，TMC生命科学尝试提供更广泛服务，以与大型业者如柔佛医药保健有限公司（KPJ，5878，贸易服务组）和综合保健控股有限公司（IHH，5225，贸易服务组）展开竞争。

“无可否认，我们并不如一些大型医院的广泛，不过我们会朝这个目标前进。我们也拥有一些想要强调的核心学科，如人工受精部门和ENT与头颈雷射中心。这是我们2个现在成长中的部门。”

黄长彦称，过去3年并没有太多人察觉该集团已经‘大幅’转型，成功在截至2013年和2014年5月31日止财政年从蒙受亏损扭转为有利可图。

“我们仍然是人工受精领域的领导者，我们也扩大和加重非人工受精业务。”

他补充，非生育或医院业务贡献已从他于2011年加入TMC生命科学时的40%，倍增至80%。

“我不认为我们生育业务的盈利减少。它在创办人李顺树医生离开时曾经滑落，但我们已经成功扭转恢复。与此同时，我们也积极成长非生育领域。”

他认为，生育业务是一项‘良好的业务’，惟他拒绝对其利润作出评论。

至5月31日，该集团坐拥3057万令吉的现金。

虽然黄长彦透露，目前它并没有收购计划，但他不否认脱离一间医院集团行列的概念。

“如果有良好机会，我们可能考虑。”

他续称，任何收购计划将是属于保健相关。

该集团的医院已经达到需要‘耗资’替换设备的时间点。

“每间医院拥有一个6至8年的设备特定循环。我们已经经营5年半。”

在2014财政年，TMC生命科学录得净盈利646万令吉及收入8813万令吉，相等于净利润7.4%。

扣除其子公司（722万令吉）和脱售产业、工厂与设备（274万令吉）的赚益，TMC生命科学将拥有197%的按年经营盈利增长。

他拒绝评论集团的成长预测，但维持它将持续成长的说法。
