Hey everyone, since the deal is worth 400m and is funded by 400m worth of new shares of TMC life, in addition 1 warrant is given for every 2 shares for the abovementioned shares. Wouldnt this mean that TMC is overpaying for the assets?

Secondly, if there are new warrants for current shareholders to the tune of about 500m, wouldnt this all dilute the share price?

Thirdly, what is the typical timeframe for the exdate after announcement?

no commend presleyken... but if u paln for long term then can buy some to keep for few years since they just started the asset injection and the expansion... am still holding la... and plan to hold longer... my buying price was half of this la...

from technical analysis it seems quite good, no signs of reversal, looks like uptrend for this few days. trade sideways for a while. long term definitely good but it depends on yr risk appetite as well.

Alex .. the first phase expansion will end around 2018 ...
They propose to fully utilize all their land ...
Currently they only utilize 21% of their land ...
Look at the potential ..

And look at the track record of Peter Lim ...
And look at the leader of the medical counter which will generate high FCF return rate...

IMHO, this counter will be a forever buy on dip, no sell.
