Rowsley majors shareholder consists of Lim & Royal family of Johor. The location of the projects is situated in Johor itself. I'm sure the hospital project's will soon gets approvals. It's part of Lim business strategy to join forces with sultan of Johor so to achieve success in implementation of future development. Sultan of Johor is a smart investor. I trust the Royal Highness as I believed in Tmclife. Iskandar project will run it course in 2019. Will you wait until 2019 to make a entry or buy early? I choose early coz I believed my future investment will more than triple. I'm not worried about future cash calls tmclife as I believed any rights issues will be beneficial & profitable.
