Inari generate FCF, pay dividend to shareholders and at the same time still have cash to invest in PPE, R&D for business expansion and future new business

Genetec business did not generate FCF from their business to pay dividend to shareholders nor cash to invest in PPE, R&D for business expansion and future new business. All their accounting book profit is in trade and other receivables with nothing much to show except Genetec will be RM4.80 and claim Tesla is their customer and self feel good claim Genetec business is for the future and betterment of mankind.

It only take customers to default on payment and impairment of receiviables to turn book profit into loss and that the end of Genetec

In another filing, Serba Dinamik reported a deviation of more than 10% between its audited and unaudited financial results for the 18-month period ended June 30, 2021.

The unaudited financial statement showed a profit after tax of RM758.38 million, as compared to a loss after tax of RM185.37 million in the audited financial statement released on Thursday.

Serba Dinamik said the deviation was due to the impairment of trade receivables made by subsidiaries of the group amounting to RM395 million, which was underprovided during the release of the financial statement.

It added that the deviation was also due to an inventory write-down of RM552.6 million due to the disruption and termination of several projects undertaken by the group.

Has anyone learned any lesson from serbadk when profit after tax of RM758.38 million, turn into loss after tax of RM185.37 million?

Please check your fact on INARI. 5 or 6 years ago I paid for INARI right issue. She is having cash shortage & need to raise cash from shareholder to fund the expansion.

INARI major customer i.e. Customer B is focusing on RF filter. 5G is entering its maturity phase. KC need work hard to get another growth engine for INARI.

I have high respect to KC as a professional CEO. The capital owner, i might not.

I am working with a palm oil company revenue of USD few billion and I had never come across an engineering supplier that ready to supply me an enginnering equipment/plant with no downpayment and part-payment before shipment.

I am not sugesting about having Customer T company seal but a fact if your customer default on payment your company will go bankrupt.

You just need to read the Greatec financial report to know how greatec generate FCF. By collecting money before goods deliver to customers. Wherease Genetec not even have contract liabilities in their book.

Customer makes a payment, so the company need to make journal entry by debiting cash RM XX million and credit contract liabilities RM XX million as the goods not yet deliver to customer.

Mr Yun-fat, may I suggest you to check with INARI on how they pay vendor? You should have a word with KC to understand this industry. I check your background in i3investors - you should able to do a channel check with INARI.

Back to GREATECH, do you know who's their major customer? Who's EK Tan target customer? When EK was supplying to Customer L, it is a very prudent move to ask for deposit and cash.

As far as I know, EK is working his way to enter into Customer T supply chain and he will have to agree with Customer T CCC. I am happy when EK can get his hand into T. BY that time, I will have one more investment target. In the meantime, there is no good news yet. It is not easy to supply to Customer T as far as I know. EK have been finding his way.

If you think Genetec is to gamble, and please don't similar Serba with Genetec. SD has too many scandals and simply has many companies chopped, which shows it's a bloody scam.. But being backed up by a scammer too.. So, trade or invest at your own risk

Previously, you are comparing GREATECH - Customer L vs GENE - Customer T. Please check with EK Tan what will be his payment term when he able supply to Customer T. I know it not happen yet, but the talking is in progress.

I can only say Genetec account look and sound very fishy and fact is it only take customer to default on payment due to and not limit to performance dispute and etc to cause Genetec into bankruptcy.

Do you remember I told u this? My CFO is working very hard to deal with 100x sslee from banker especially the risk control guy.

I believe the banker who approve the trade financing having the same concern & I have to trust his Due-D on this.

Rm4.80 is from professional analyst. I have no idea how he work out the number.

When stock price reach RM4.80, GENE market cap should be around MYR 3.2B market cap.

What I am sure is I won't be SELLING GENE with MYR3.2B.

I think MYR 3.2B is way too cheap if we able to deliver as per plan. You can argue - If we fail, it might worth nothing. I believe we will success and help everyone to move to better future.

Give GENE another few years and we will see. I hope we can achieve the plan as presented on the Battery Day. When we have to deliver 10-12 figure order book per year, how much should you price GENE market cap? please enlighten me.
