They bought Utusan’s printing plant in Bangi. I’ve been there due to biz with Utusan a few years ago (before liquidation). It’s 15-acres with a pretty substantial amount of empty land (which, I assume, caught Genetec’s eye). Genetec will have to spend money demolishing VERY strong built-in printing machinery on the site. This is the second real estate purchase this year after the acquisition of an asset in a prominent PJ location

Literally, Genetec is a theme backed company of EV brand. Some people may call it as short term company yet if you look back then it was RM50, how is that happening. It is due to the book order and again if the book order isn't impacted stay invested. Indeed, not a hot stock like Inari or Greatech but if EV picked up in Malaysia, we may benefits from this stock alot. Don't wipe everything off from portfolio yet downtrend is imminent
