Yes Great new for Eduspec ... Just received RM 3 mllions for good cash flow to start implementing
projects IF EDU get MOE contract .
Yesterday SASBADI another education counter got contract from oru MOE.
We look forward for EDUSpec as I believe all education counter in BURSA as well as private STEM providers will have equal chance to get the STEM contract if they roll out in 2020 School and College term. We look forward for budget 2020 hint

so all who got the Eduspec mother and free warrants B standby for anytime now EDUSPEC award since SASBADI already got their contract annoucement yesterday.
EDUSPEC and other potential winner need time to prepares ....if win contract ..
EDU is well prepared.

Remarks: The Warrants B will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within 2 market days after the receipt of the application for quotation of the Warrants B by Bursa Securities. The Warrants B will be credited into the central depository system accounts of the entitled shareholders of the Company ("Entitled Shareholders") and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of the Company not later than 4 market days after the date of listing and quotation of the Warrants B. This announcement is dated 10 September 2019.
