They will be diluted only when the free warrants is CONVERTED.
Not CONVERTED .. will not be diluted.
That all I know.

Not likely all investors will convert Free Warrants all at one goal.... by stages maybe

UNLESS if the mother .... price go up for ... MOE Contract if get or next Quarter greater profit
than last 2 quarters. If mother go up 0.15 cents and above ... A lot of investors who have free Warrants B will convert as Warrants will be in MONEY... then the price will drop or dilute depending on percentage of warrants exercise... Maybe drop back 0.13 form 0.15...

Exercise warrants pay only 0.05 ... for Mother 0.13 ... untung BESAR..( 0.08 untung) even though
maybe at mother price 0.15 Free Warrant could be 0.06 cents... Investors will still convert as my draft calculation above.

So dont miss the FREE Warrants B ... it is very useful even to par down or average down your
Buying price of mother shares. That will be another topic....

MOTHER REACH 0.30 one day... FREE Warranst might reach ...0.15 cents.
Possible. I agreed with TKLIM and shares his analysis and thought.

TODAY LAST DAY to Buy mother.... for FREE WARRANTS ...is very usefull.

Understand Contra player will come in last minute to buy today and still be entitled to FREE Warrants tomorrow... after Warrants on hand can sell ... please refers below ..

Before I post i see buy transacted is only 1.3 millions shares...I though too nothing will happen after
I sent my post and later 3 minutes the volume buy 3.78 million increase by 2.48 million within 5 minutes...That is incredible...

After open second half at 2.30pm... volume will continue to surge ....

Today EDU will get the first trance - sub trance ...of RCPS ... money on hand...
Cash flow will improve...

Cash Flow improved + Free Warrants on hand.... that when they will move .. or announce .. or
surprise....

....the parties to the RCPS SA have on 10 September 2019 agreed that the issue date of the RCPS shall be on 23 September 2019.

All is goof for Eduspec.. we keep forget beside us ... Edu Board of directors also hold 30% of Edu Shares and they are the largest FREE WARRANT B receivers.. They also wait like us.
That also include... EDUSPEC Staffs and Top Management... and all EDU staffs relative uncle aunty cousin.... and their friends ... because they know something we do not know yet.

One word .. regardless what happen price up or down after EX I WILL HOLD ... until
FEB 2020 if my target is not reach yet.. because seriously... I really dont know which other counter I can go after EDUSPEC... after this counter .. go which counter... unless someone here can shares with us... there is one counter much much better than Eduspec.... MUCH MUCH Better.
if yes ... please shares here of the future prospect and in term of what the counter price now.
