Buy before Moe revive 1 chromebook 1 student initiative, I dont mean now as may be able to get cheaper. My point is Eduspec has monopoly on Chromebooks fr education. Acer has been partnering Eduspec, now Lenovo has just joined them with Lenovo 300e, which is targeting students.

Any chromebook manufacturer who wants to participate in MOE potential upcoming tender fr chromebooks are likely to collaborate with a Google fr Education partner. Otherwise its a waste of time.

Its actually quite straight forward, Eduspec already working with MOE as google partner and they are already official distributors for Acer and Lenovo chromebooks. If MOE wants chromebooks for students, who are they going to get it from?

There has recently been a mention of preparations to conduct a district wide pilot project where all students from grade 6 to 9 will receive a chromebook each. This was mentioned by a leading trainer from Edidik in his telegram group. This growing Edidik group of trainers along with Eduspec team have been conducting Google Classroom and Apps training camps nationwide including East Malaysia.
