Almost 60 million shares traded today. AOF dumping their shares or Big Buys buying up for the expected rally in lieu of a govt contract announcement related to Google Classroom in our schools ? No one really knows except the insiders but imho if there is sustained buying tomorrow until Friday with considerable volume , then an imminent rally could happen. If not, price will still drift sideways.

Do take note that as of today, the AOF has converted 55M RCPS to approximately 207.6M ordinary shares in 4 subtranches of which I reckon the AOF has disposed most of it if not all judging by the price and volume pattern immediately after the listing of the said ordinary shares.

How u got 5b shares?

Simple way to calculate for u.

Total rcps 600mil, 1 rcps worth 10c. Lets assume conversion at 2.5c. So 1 rcps can get 4 eduspec shares.

600mil multiplied by 4= 2.4b

2.4b+ 1.1b= 3.5b

Other factors to consider is higher conversion price and also Eduspec may choose not to borrow frm subscriber especially if theu can collect outstanding 50 mil from Indonesian govt.
