finally..... LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 68546 OF 2013 Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad has on 16 August 2013 issued an UMA query on the recent sharp rise in price and high volume in FLONICs securities. In this respect, investors are advised to take note of the Companys reply to the above UMA query which will be posted at Bursa Malaysias website under the company announcements, http://announcements.bursamalaysia.com when making their investment decision.
I think resistance is definitely inline now at 0.205 with UMA query. Now it depends on whether they have enough funds to keep buying up the shares as the major shareholders only collectively hold 100 million shares. Question is at 0.205, with 250 million shares in the market, they will need RM50million to buy up the company lor...they got 50 million?
When traders sell, sure avalanche...mampus. But overall, good tactic..they sure know how to cook up a story with ONE savvy investor investing in this company. Seemingly, the reporter share the same surname as this woman buying up company..Any relationship between them?? :D
anbz, can you stop the crap posting here and there promoting your Novamsc? Come on...if you want to write about Nova, go back to Nova...stop mucking around here and there please!!! And stop writing politics here and there..linking politics with stocks. This is not a political forum friend and cut the crap speculating on the next PM bla bla bla with money machine and your obermeyer bla bla taking over..you can easily hit legal complications my friend. Understand?
cool....this counter, steady already....sell or buy its up to u...trgt for this counter is 0.25 stay tuned...up n down trand is playing in investment...sabar je la...

Tan Siew Ching, 43, had previously already held a small stake in the firm. She had on July 15 2013 bought 10 million shares at 10 sen each and another 7 million shares at 10.5 sen each a day later, increasing her stake in the firm to a substantial 6.72%.
Notably, Tan’s husband, Chua Wye Man, is the executive chairman of Flonic. He has a 1.86% stake in the company. Chua, much like Tan, is also linked to the family of a high-profile automotive firm – namely the Cycle & Carriage Bintang group which is a dealer for the Mercedes Benz brand in Malaysia . He was appointed a director of Flonic in June 2012 and re-designated to executive director and executive chairman later 2012.
Currently (July 2013), the largest shareholders are one Ong Say Kiat with a 8.60% stake, followed by Novatige Sdn Bhd, which holds a 7.72% stake. Tan is the third largest shareholder. .... bla bla bla --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- then a comment:
Anonymous said... Sorry to say but I am amused by this article. I was working at Flonic for some time before it was closed down... Not sure on what basis this report is written but as far as I know, Flonic's manufacturing factory, "Flonic Advance" was closed somewhere in late Feb early March with its staff transferred to CFB group of companies. As far as I can tell, higher management of Flonic is very unscrupulous and I believe that the decision to close down the manufacturing factory was very last minute and quite a number of their employees were not properly reimbursed for their hard work and dedication towards the company.
