Heavy drop in both revenue & profit. Profit continued to contracts and margin compression is accelerating. A symptomatic sign of worst yet to come.
Downgrade to 0.20 @ forward P/E of 15x

The lower earning in this quarter was due to , apart from softer market, it was caused by "temporary product mix/sales aberration". Aberration means a deviation from what is typical or normal.
The management didn't explain the details of the aberration, but did mention it is "temporary". I suppose this means next quarters' earning will be back to normal.
In the "Commentary on Prospect" column, management mentioned "The Group remains optimistic in relation to its performance for the year." From all the info provided by the management, I interpret that this quarter's poorer earning would happen only in this quarter.
Pls correct me if I am wrong on my interpretation from reading the quarterly report.

Ta is downtrending if still in profit better get out. FA is useless for the last 3 quarters so to reenter or averaging is risky. Until the TA shows reversal and FA showing a few quarters of good result might as well kiv .. just my 2 sen .

today volume is very little....it is just the small fly throwing. if not, now volume big...i think no alarm .I think will go back to over 30 sen when the market recovers.

Philip, this co Fa historically okay , turnover increasing , got bonus , dividen , balance sheet decent,and expansion, products still in demand locally n international. Ta wise time to accumulate at this lower price but must hold for at least 2 qters and set the target time and price .in 1/3 and top up 1/3 in either direction and 1/3 in when vol high. Good luck
