@lehubeng, 5.5sen per ICPS is the subscription price paid by subscriber during ICPS rights issue with free warrants as sweetener (like dividend or interest for FD). Upon conversion, just surrender equivalent value of this Focus-PA (2 methods with minimum of 1 ICPS of value 5.5sen collected during initial subscription or multiple of ICPS plus cash) to make-up 55sen. Due to this complicated conversion calculation, I think many investor not keen to look at ICPS..just sharing info. Happy Trading

For conversion purposes, 1 PA got a 'conversion value' of 0.055 as its issue price under the recent right issue is 0.055. So 10 PA is worth 0.55 for conversion purposes, the required conversion price.

Conversion rights allow preference shareholders to convert their preference shares into ordinary shares based on an agreed conversion formula. Once converted, they become ordinary shareholders. a typical seafood restaurant will need capex RM5 million
Turnover => RM12 to 18 million a year

PBT around RM5 million a year

so yeah restaurants WAS a good business pre-covid

emphasis on WAS.....

sometimes I wonder why bursa malaysia always allowing these so-called con stocks keep issuing pp, warrant, and esos, to benefit the BOD and cronies..... then let majority retailers become the victims..... then only come out later said want to investigate...... it seems very easy for company to get approval for issuing these esos, pp, warrant...
