This one is also in my radar. Bottom fishing looking at 0.15, 0.12 maybe 0.10. Average down. Later recovers penny stocks could be more aggressive.

I agree....must be bad 2nd Qtr report, may be all ELT/pro ELT contract on hold by new Education minister, or Masterskill (AEGB) still long way to recover....just don't know whats the real reason, keep dropping from 93 to 18.5 all the way since Jan 2015.,,,,

I checked past bursa news...ELT contract ends 30 Sept, Pro-ELT ends 15 Oct by MOE. Hope will get extension any of the 2 contracts. Teachers need English training before making SPM pass compulsory in 2017. Hope for the best....
