@Jack_y13, you may talk to any rich investors that interest to acquire this company which can bring you at least double return... In fact 46million already enought for this acquisition to get 51% of share to control the company...
Don't buy small qty, if want to buy better buy the entire company as you will get better return.... when the time you have power to sell the MEGB properties/assets...
As what I proposed, for those who really cash rich can consider to spend 90million to privatize it and sell the MEGB asset to get the RM217million as a return....
SMRT has been in the pump and dump process since end of Dec 2014. with the latest pump on 23rd June 2015. and feeding investors with hope that it will benefit from the purchase of MEGB shares. the sales of MEGB properties will not be immediate as the current property market experience a slowdown and banks are very cautious in giving out new loans. with the current downtrend outlook, it will hit next level of support of 0.31 in mid July 2015 and all the way back to 0.20 by end of Sept 2015. in terms of technical outlook, very bearish. in terms of financial, the MEGB turnaround plan is yet to be proven.
