该公司已在今年7月向马交所报备，有意献购In-FusionEducation剩余股权。
另一方面，该公司今日寻得股东批准，以从创业板转至主板。

yes cherry, I was buying thinking exactly the same thing.
except that Presbhd's value has been realized and this one hasn't.
last time presbhd I also very patient with it :)
if you rly not comfortable with it tho, you may consider cut off ur warrant first, and buy again another time. Because warrant rly hurts more than the shares.

please don't apologize alpha, the whole market is weak, it's unavoidable. nobody is at fault...
it's not like it's a wrong judgement call per se.
many other shares also stumbled during this period of time.

Finally I bought today at a very attractive price. Hope to accumulate this stock more if it drops further. I like it's business idea as an education conglomerate and with the acquisition of cucms, its gonna be great. The fact that I'm buying now at 30% lower than what the directors are buying makes it so much comfortable to hold this stock with this safety margin
