Can somebody share the link to the document that states ESOS exercise at RM1.00. I can't find it anywhere.

As I briefly went through 118 pages, the best time to propose ESOS is when the price is depressed. as the maximum discount for ESOS is 10%. Meaning when they exercise it at 0.465, 0.9 X 0.465 = 0.42.

The better time to propose ESOS would be when it was RM0.3. Then, the subscription price will be RM0.27. If they do that, it would be 42sen clean profit upon exercising ESOS now.

180,000 shares for each director, that only translates into RM 56K. That's pretty pitiful if compared to Leon Harlands grand scheme. =D

I know vitrox and MI have strong backing.

Unless vis buys from vitrox to sell to chinese. But, that would piss "somebody" off.
Unlikely vitrox will do that. But the thing is, there is MI. Maybe vitrox has already pissed off somebody.

But again, Vitrox is worth RM3.5billion, and visdynamics is hardly RM100mil.

Try ask yourself how many knows what Penta, Vitrox, Elsoft or VIS really do? What are their products. Who is their customer, What's their margin and their sales cycle? My best guess is 5% top. And I'm not in the 5% even. *wink

Relax... Peers like Vitrox, Elsoft, JHM are doing great. Very good QR and prices are on uptrend. Have some faith on export-based counters. Study the past history a few years ago when US$= RM4.5 and look at the graph. Just be patient.
