@1980s, you are right ! They suffered consecutive losses in the past few quarters. Still do nothing to improve the results although sitting on a huge cash pile.

If in America, the CEO only given 2 quarters to prove his capability, if can't perform, the board will look for new replacement.

Just realize that today done lot in 17sen, guess they start to swift share to fund Mgr to prepare push for them, let see and calculate what the cost they swift to fund Mgr from this moment.
