Buaya, yesterday the news hear is fund Mgr will go in and privatise at 47sen. Then today early morning see hav such many share switch on 17sen, I think the possibility for the news is true is high. Let's earn together

Thanks JN88 for remind on the Vol and data, i looking back to the daily vol, today only morning vol, already over the last 7 day, if afternoon vol in may over three weeks vol per days.

Look like if the switch the cost down with fund Mgr, the privatise price mostly is remain 47sen, if switching higher price, I personally guess they will adjust their privatise price higher.

JN88, is very obvious fund manager is exchange on the share. Try to put in few order all counter party is same broker.

Can tell which fund manager? There are only 49% shares in the public market.. to privatize minimum need 33% - 50% of shares if what i read is true from others..

Unless it's the german dr's company + another fund manager bidding, else the chances seems to be low? Though the german dr married trade his shares to his own company.. May or may not be for this reason..
The german is holding 27.21% of this company's share..

Morning, Sorry Darren, I think u will know it in near term, or you can test and see the counter party, then you may can get the idea. If u is me, I believe u won't leak others detail also. Only the 27.75% Holding by German, others I believe may just the mgmt proxy or retailer, easy for them to switching as well.
