In the month of January 2018, the Company acquired 1,313,116 ordinary shares of NT$10
each representing 3.85% of the issued and paid-up share capital of Ares Green Technology
Corporation (“AGTC”) for a total cash consideration of NT$39,393,480 (equivalent to
RM5,490,244).
In the month of March 2018, the Company acquired a further 91,985 ordinary shares of
NT$10 each representing 0.27% of the issued and paid-up share capital of AGTC for a total
cash consideration of NT$2,759,550 (equivalent to RM372,498).
Following the acquisitions, the Group’s interest in AGTC increased to 88.77%
