How many companies in bursa has the ability/ prospect to attract large private equities funds become the shareholders? I would prefer to add some more stakes. Forget about the reported transacted price, you will never know what is the actual transacted price. Cheers!!!

The emerging of cp asia in 2015 brought frontken from 0.15 to 0.56. The emergence of dymon asia will bring frontken to RM 1.00? Of course it is RM 1.00 in my head.

Personally i think CP asia is still on board via indirect interest through the above equity fund. Anyway, let see if there is any annouvement of cp asia ceased to b3 substantial shareholder

It should be CP Asia Holding GmbH sold its stakes to Ng Wai Pin.
No one holding any shares this size other then the CP Asia.

Newbie8080, yes..only cp asia hold such huge block. I 'm referring to cp asia hold stake in dazzle clean ltd through share swap. Ng wai pin too, hold share in dazzle clean,
so it is deemed interest. Thats why it is annouced as deemed interest. Anyway, wait and see if got annoucement of cp asia ceased to be substantial share holder. Personally i think dazzle clean is the vehicle.

sell at PE13 is a reasonable price, market price may not always reflect company value. that's just what people given too much expectation. also, the deal should have been a while back to last agm where representatives of CP Asia present in the meeting. that time, the price is still around 0.40

I dont understand the recent changes in interest of the subs shareholder. What is happening actually? Frontken volume has shrunk for the past few months. Now its price has soared. Am i missing somethings? I still hold frontken at 43c because i believe this is a growth company. But what kept the price rising in just a few weeks without any announcement like new projects etc2. Can anyone care to share?
