2nd Feb 2018 is 3rd months and just right time before CNY If any movements were to happen.

To execute a project it is a must in 90 days.
If you failed to put it into actions
Its very bad.

Go and check last few years how Insas are doing
and their announcements to understand better.

Th big boys are creating false sale order to block any upward momentum while they are collecting at cheaper price. I expect price to go and stabilize at 10s before they push up again to create another wave.
