lets say they collectively owns 70% which is around 800m shares...dump 35% shares out to the public as they goren higher and higher....now the mkt cap grew by 50mil already and its part of the price markup....along the way the operator will be nett seller. It takes time to dispose given the large shares issued unlike palette which is much easier to cornered. Nowadays mkt players are more savvy and not so easy duped. so it will take longer period of operation.
