MYEG requested for a 1-hr trading suspension to clear the air, and as a pre-emptive move to "avoid" its shares get bashed down unnecessary by the "opinion" of some lawmaker .. any knee jerk selldown wud present an opportunity to collect at a discounted price and shud be short lived too with this clarification (logically) ..

My guess is, employer left until last minute to renew permit, system issue during that time prevent to be processed, so employer go Immigration department to self renew. Then complain to MP coz still haven't receive refund. Mountain out of a molehill :p
