themiddle - perhaps assets write-off triggered for some "personal reasons"? no wonder they have a hard time finding an audit firm passing their report. so scandalous and fishy. I just think it is Highly risky...it will be another Hubline ( sinking ship ) or Cybert ( Falling towers )... Wintoni ( the FRIED Wan Tan mee now... ) What a ride.... we run to over 40 sen !!! Wowow like a roller coaster ride....and Jumped Down ....to 5 sen..... This is the Most scary Ride of my life...I was still buying at 18.5 sen chasing it up to above 20 sen...hahaha....didn't know the DIE how to spell...and it Dive back to 18 sen....dive again ...to 10 sen....Dive again to 6 sen....and now lying at 5 sen...Do I dare to touch it????? Cheap???? Now at 5 sen....I am worried it will be like Hubline and Cybert touching 1 sen and 0.5 sen respectivcely. But there are still some kamikaze traders who dare to buy and goreng...I salute them....but don't hold too long. Fast in Fast out... :)

there are 216,000,000 Wintoni Wa and somebody may take control of Wintoni by converting as much WA to mother shares at 0.10cts each, against 513,000,000 mother shares presently. By conversion an additional RM21.6 million cash is pumped into company, which could kicked mother shares to 10cts easily and with new substantial shareholders and business announcement no need regularisation plan like CSL. Being an ex-Banker, we have done it before and hope they do it this way!! Just dreaming as I am still holding Wintoni shares !!!
