Wintoni has no bank borrowing in Balance Sheet as per 30/06/2016., would anybody want to delist in such a situation and with a NTA of 6.44cts per share...etc..... ????

fl888, probably the audited accounts has some problems? what if the previous auditors was reluctant to sign off the report, perhaps there were not as many assets in physical as reported, tats why the report is cannot be furnished to Bursa.

syed23news, sama ada directors dan major shareholders dah untung banyak masa wintoni goreng samapai 40sens dulu dan tak peduli counter ni tutup dan sengaja tak nak hantar audited report supaya sengaja delist. ataupun, dia org sengajakan suspend dgn delay, accumulate bila murah, dan tunggu masa sesuai utk release report dan goreng balik, permainan org kaya, kita kat bawah tak dapat teka

skyz....yup betul tu,mesti la untung bnyak,kan naik tinggi,xpela klau company untng banyak,xdela kisah sgt,bisnes kan,cuma saya just xsuka klau diorg putar belit mcm ni,klau nk delist sekalipon just tell the truth,company lost ke ape ker,ni x,diorg bg harapan pastu no news,...ape2pon saya dan ramai lg dlm group ni terima wintoni kemungkinan besar akn delisted,tngak kpda cara mmg menjurus kesitu,harap yg mna kerugian bnyk2kan bersabar,bukan rezeki kita kali ni.

There is only two type of people still hold this counter ,
First is losing big lose from the price 0.15 drop to 0.05 ,
Second type is gambling and greedy person jump in
B4 suspend hope gain big money if it can reopen ,
No matter u r the first or second type buy at low price ,
the final results is the same you will lose 100% of your

syed23news, dia org kalau betul2 ada niat delist pun kena buat macam "sudah cuba sedaya upaya tapi gagal submit audited account report.". kalau tiba2 delist atas niat keuntungan peribadi, nanti director boleh kena dakwa.

if I am not mistaken you wont lose all your investment capital if it delist. the company is delisted, not wound up. if wound up, they will sell all assets and recover as much capital to distribute back to shareholders. you may get back "some", definitely not all your investment, correct me if I am wrong (especially 0008)

Skyz, u are right. If delisted, company have to make decision to continue bussiness or close. If close, have to clear all the debt by cash and selling items. After all, the rest of money belongs to shareholders. The Nta will dicrease since selling items n property in lower price, perhaps.

just wondering,before this wintoni announce who the firm that audit their company,but until now no news at all which firm will audit this company,so next week maybe we still get same accused just like before this..part that will hurt we all,we cannot get our money back,we all just invest wrong company,let all prays n hope that wintoni come alive again.

If meeting had approved the audit report, then should be nt much problem. Just two parties of them still argue so auditor refuse to sign.
