i think the audited accounts lies more on the external auditing firm whether are they willing to pass the report or not. Audit Committee dun do all the auditing work of the accounts. correct me if I am wrong on corporate governance

Internal auditors or committe can yes man to pass the accounts but external auditors are subject to certain auditing convention by law to verify ,qualify or unqualify the accounts accordingly

Suspension n delist are the worst expectation by investors who traded in last day of trading. A very good turning point whenever submit the quarter report. And, is juz negative 0.09 sen only. believe that new management will havegood performance to make wintoniwantanmee stronger. will have to enjoy next market. Up up up !

WHOEVER IS HOLDING WINTONI SHARES, SUGGEST YOU COMPARE BOTH 2Q AND 3Q REPORTS AND FIGURE OUT FOR YOURSELVES WTF IS GOING ON.

From the financials it looks like the whole company just got robbed. Non-current assets went from 33m to 31k in three months.....

It's not a bad dream, wintoni has already made its first announcement as a PN17 company.

Previous management has some matter. That's why new party disobey and be new management. They are major shareholder also. Will have scheme towards high expenditure in administrative cost and those unknown expenditure. Delist is the worst expectation, hence this share price can be 6 cent to 9 cent.

Haha , u all very lucky got second chance to run , but the price
will cut half atleast becos pn 17 , u can imagine the final quarter

Delist is much worst compare with pn17/Gn3. 6 cents has already very low price. Won't have much drastic throw in Monday but have high trading at price of 6 to 7 cents or above.

but this loss quarter and disappearance of asset was from its previous quarter. they should be submitting another quarter report end of this month. again a few possibilities. there is another possible suspension due to late submit this quarter report (intentionally or unintentionally delay again). or, they will allow the panic selldown to occur so that they can accumulate at lower price on Monday, then few days later oni release the current quarter announcement. there is also possibility the earlier quarter report was mysteriously post a huge loss and this quarter the accounts show gains. try to think of it, why they need to go through all the trouble and drama? i'm listing out all possibilities here, try to think, if you see it as a threat and join in the selldown, will there be anyone seeing tat as an opportunity?
